CLAMPCO warrants, under normal use and service, and when properly assembled and adjusted, the product set forth herein, against failure that occurs within two (2) months from the date of delivery to the first user, due to a defect in manufacturing, material, or workmanship.
This warranty shall not apply to any product or part thereof which has been repaired, altered, or damaged in any manner after shipment from CLAMPCO Factory, or which has been subject to accident, negligence, abuse, or misuse.
This warranty is limited to the repair or the replacement of considered part, as CLAMPCO shall decide upon after inspection, but does not include installation or transportation costs. Worn parts determined to be defective are subject to an adjustment based upon a useful life.
All claims shall be waived if not presented in writing to an authorized representative of CLAMPCO within thirty (30) days of the date of failure.
No product shall be returned without authorization first from CLAMPCO.
CLAMPCO reserves the right to request that any part be returned to Clampco via freight PREPAID for inspection. Every attempt will be made to have the parts returned in the most efficient manner.
No representative of CLAMPCO has the authority to alter, amend, or extend this warranty, and no attempt or promise by any representative of CLAMPCO to repair or replace any part shall be effective to alter, amend, or extend this warranty.
Except as set forth above, there is no warranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied concerning product, INCLUDING NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF THE PRODUCTS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NO SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE IMPLIED BY LAW.
CLAMPCO shall not be liable, and any and all claims against CLAMPCO are waived, for direct or consequential damages, fo any nature, including but not limited to loss of profits or income, crop loss or damage, labor charges, freight charges, or damage to agricultural equipment, whether or not based upon CLAMPCO’S negligence, breach of warranty, strict liability in tort or any other cause of action.
Dealers Requesting an open account status for payment fo goods must complete a credit application and submit to the attention of the Credit Manager, accompanied by a state resale certificate.
Sales on open accounts to qualifying dealers will be made only after approval of credit.

A finance charge of 1.5% per month or 18% APR on all past due accounts.
All claims for lost, shorted, or damaged shipments must be filed within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment.
Any discrepancy between what was sent and what was ordered shall be determined by a written purchase order either mailed, faxed, or sent via e-mail, which in possession of CLAMPCO, will be considered the correct order.
Any returned product, whether a warranty claim, defective product or shipping error will not be accepted without the authorization number.
Please include any original billing or shipping tickets when returning items for credit.
All returned products must be returned shipped prepaid.
The product in question will be inspected upon return and either accepted or denied depending upon the condition of the goods and/or circumstances.
If the return is due to factory defects or shipping errors made by CLAMPCO, additional credit will be issued in the amount of any freight charges incurred.
CLAMPCO does not grant return privileges on special orders or non-stocked items. No products may be returned after sixty (60) days from the invoice date.
All products shall be assessed a restocking charge not to exceed 25% depending upon condition and circumstance unless the product was defective or was shipped in error by CLAMPCO to the customer.
All current invoices for products pending return authorization credit shall be due and payable with the current statement.
